Fine Tool can manufacture suitable motor cores with high precision and efficiency tailored to customer needs. We flexibly respond to both small and large-scale production from product development entry to mass production. The thickness of the steel material can range from 0.2mm to 0.5mm, and laser processing can be done as thin as 0.10mm. We have mastered all technologies for in-die lamination (crimping) and out-of-die lamination (riveting, welding, baking, insert molding), and we can widely accommodate small automotive motors, large drive motors, and industrial motors, starting with the automotive industry.
